The youth group aims to develop players who are more aware of their abilities and their role within the team. Training combines technical skills under pressure, understanding tactical aspects and developing physical readiness suited to age and level. We focus on discipline, responsibility and learning from feedback, helping players translate what they learn into more consistent and effective performance on the pitch.

Groups are organised according to the ages, levels and structure approved by the academy. Presenting both age groups on one page does not necessarily mean combining them in every training session.
